    Which is exactly what i said. The position was given to cotto. my answer was shitty but you repeated it in your own post.

    Cotto had a better resume than who?


    ring doesnt recognise any of them as the best.




    My point is he is not the "man" in that division. rank him whatever number you want fact still remains is that unless he beats williams he isnt the man in that division.
