    most successful Pay-per-view financially pound-for-pound in years. they drew over 500,000 buys in this economy. Two washed up guys who didn't beat a credible fighter in years getting twice as many buys as Hopkins vs. Pavlik shows that Don King can sell a ham sandwich to a Muslim.

    In Jan the economy was much better.

    A lot people still like Tito and Jones..and on top of that, it was right after Christmas time where people were more willing to throw their money around. Jan is naturally the hot month for a PPV. If I was a promoter, all my big fights would be in January.

    It was the joke fight of the year if nothing else.

    People will only have bought it to see of Jones had anything left. The fact that he didn't stop Trinidad ought to have told the story :patsch
