clearly i am. how age effect you is very individual. hops is a freak when it comes to age. some people are more past it at age 25 than others at age 40.

bhop fans said after the calzaghe fight. "ahh he is just to old now." then he fights pavlik and everybody says that he is young again."

no he was young all along HE JUST FACED SOMEONE THAT WAS BETTER THAN HIM WHEN HE FOUGHT CALZAGHE

HE GOT HIS RACIST ASS CALSLAPPED

Technically, as they are both still active fighters, they can still bolster/diminish their records. The jury should still be considering their verdict!

Oh god some of the posters on this site kill me.

    31 votes for Calzaghe?? LMAO...

Im on page one and the only people that seem to be siding with Joe have come up with the following answers (I will generalize as to not waste time quoting)...

    Only americans would pick Hopkins.
    Calzaghe beat Hopkins.

My god this is classic. 31 votes? Really? LMAO...Im not even gonna waste my time clicking to page 2.

Isn't that the normal criteria for determining if one fighter is better than the other?

Difficult one to call as Hopkins has fought so many more big names but I would have to say Calzaghe as nobody has came anywhere near beating him. Although some people seem to somehow think that Hopkins deserved the decision in their fight.

The question at hand is who has the greater legacy, not who is the better fighter.

And I thought Eastside couldn't get any worse...

It's clearly Hopkins but the op is a nonce. BHop ducked Joe years ago as is a matter of fact.

People are so hypocrytical in claiming joe faught an old or shot B-Hop, and then go on to say beating Pavlik adds to his legacy (B-Hop even said himself it was his best performance). Surely this means that he was not shot and that Joe beat a legend that was still capable of beating the best.

Don't know what it is that makes people so bitter, the fact he was beaten by a white boy maybe?

Isn't this the millionth post Calzaghe-Hopkins thread where B-Hops fans try to prove that despite losing, and wanting to quit, the fight; Hopkins is somehow better than Calzaghe? When will you guys give it up?
