I know but like htats why i feel it would be so hard for floyd... paul can fight damn near any style of fighting... boxing, inside, outside, being the agressor... only thing i dont see him as is a counter - puncher..

and i agree about pauls defense but what will happen?

floyd cant punch and then dip out like he did against baldomir... pauls to fast and long for that ****... floyd might hit him but hell be in a situation when hell have to trade... which is no good

Hatton's and DLH's early success vs. Floyd aren't consistent with any for of agitation. They weren;'t swinnging wildly, or trying to do anything showing anger or frustration. They just got beat by the better guy.

What did you see that indicated they were agitated, aside from DLH saying he was? Did they fight reckless? Did hatton do anything different?

Not trying to make this an argument. Just wondering what exactly Floyd's great mental beating did to them to indicate his mental agitation did anything?

So you just ignore the fact that Floyd had Zab so frustrated he was doing all that crazy stuff with his hands & cursing out PBF in the 5th round? & let me guess, it wasnt Floyd that frustrated Zab, Joel told Zab to low blow him, punch him in da back of the head & start a riot right?

Like I said, when you get under a fighters skin, it does effect them mentally. Thats why they start having MENTAL thoughts.

& proof that Margo is so slow is in the 3rd round against Williams, Margo threw a shot and Williams ducked & ran a circle around Margo by the time that punch landed, thats sad when your punch is so slow your opponent is already behind you & set by the time you land, go watch the fight & you'll see.

im just basing my statements on the press conferences... hatton was certainely hyped up.. especially in the face off.. when him and floyd were pushing... not sure if it carried over into the fight though.

i probably cant go so far to say that about oscar...

Define "can lose", because he already lost at 147 :rofl

If you say you would favor him over anybody, that's ight.. but that he won't lose to anyone for sure, that's pretty laughable

ahaha i might switch the title...

im talking about from today on.... he shouldnt lose to anyone (even though its boxing and anyone more or less can beat anyone)

he has so many physical & stylistic advantages over his opponents that he should give everyone hell..... thats just how i feel until either

    A) someone proves me wrong-
    B) he loses .... and ill STILL! ride with him when he loses

He was getting beaten more and more to the punch. By FISTS, not words. :patsch He was getting th better of Judah by FIGHTING. he didn;t beat him during the press conference by calling him names.

And child, ONE round is not proof of a guy being slow. WTF man...how old are you anyway?

No one said Margarito is the quickest, but you children exagerrate his speed very badly and quite obviously.

I need to remmeber not to deal with posters who aren't to bright. My bad...

A risk of wat happened in his last fight..... cut.... If Verno can touch him flush, and Sharmba can touch him flush... Just imagine how much Floyd would land on him... Paul is gonna throw a lot of punches, but might not land much because of Floyd's defense being soo good... BUT~!! Paul will do something that Floyd can't do, and/or chooses not to... outwork his opponent... As long as Paul maintains his height.... And that at times can be a big IF

I thought you would be good at boxing being that you're good at the music, but sometimes you just make no sense. I just gave you examples of everything I said & you still dont get it. Margo was slow during the whole Cotto fight, just like the Clottey fight, just like he's been his whole life.

You say Paul can do this & do that. He couldn't do none of that against Carlos!

i have a problem when people try to count variables ( inconstant/ part time or liable to vary or change) as a dis-advantage....

    - floyd's hands breaking
    - paul williams getting cut

are examples of variables.. these are things that MAY OR MAY NOT HAPPEN...

    examples of constants

    - speed of a fighter
    - a type of punch a fighter is susceptible to

you cannot construct a game plan assuming that paul is going to get cut...

and by the way paul got cut from a head but against verno..

and yeah floyd has great defense but WHERE WILL HE GO!
paul has speed... its not like floyd could reproduce his baldomir performance on paul

Margarito was catching Williams with flush shoots to the head all the fight. He is not that slow. Williams is only the punisher when figths smaller guys but against Margarito he was a bad copy of Mayweather running and clinching he cann't trade with Margarito because he will get KO.

1 bad night... he came back and handled business....

he couldnt have beat quintana any better unless he beat him in less than 90 seconds.....

and that was a learning experience.. just like paul was a learning experience to margo...

    ali wasnt perfect
    sugar ray leonard wasnt perfect
    Joe Louis wasnt perfect
    Marvin Hagler wasnt perfect..

its just a bump in the road and he came back and bodied dude
