Vitali would be perfect to KO him. Even if he isnt going down on one punch, Vitali is very patient and likes to wear down his opponents, no doubt Vitali would stop him. It likely wouldnt be in the early rounds, but I beat Vitali lands on his big melon head consistently enough that by rounds 8-10 Valuev has had enough and he either finally goes down or the ref or corners stop it.

I think the belt organization forced him to fight his mandatory and wouldnt let him take on any other guys before the mandatory.
