AA will go for kill and land with more power shots through out the whole fight. BHOP has shown AA had to neutralise Pavliks one and only weapon.

You make a good point here. That undefeated anything & 0 always looks great to those fairweather fans. Once it's gone, they hop off to another fighter quicker than you can say "Prescott."

Hopkins put in a amazing show, but Pavlik was ill before the fight and that might have had something to do with what happened that night.

Rewatch the fight. Between rounds 2/3 or 3/4 he tries to blow his nose and has a foot of snot hanging. Bottom line, I don't see anything that Bhop did that AA can use.

Mayweather's legacy would be affected, but he's fought for too long and established himself already to have people "jump off his bandwagon". That's not what happens with fighters like him, meaning experienced fighters. It's what happens with up and comers like Pavlik. Mijares case is much different. Pavlik can come back and reestablish his stardom almost immediately if he knocks Rubio out. Mijares just got outboxed, dominated, and humiliated in front of his people. Plus he's a boxer, not a KO artist. And even more, he was supposed to be a great boxer, but he got completely outboxed by Darchynian. Those are three things that are very unfavorable for his chances.

Kelly does that in most of his fights at some point. The Miranda fight and the second Taylor fight show proof, so I guess he had bronchitis then as well.

He wasn't sick against Bhop. He just lost plain and simple.

Bring on Abraham,sturm,hopkins2, and mayweather if he wants to get starched
Rubio will be a different story, he will be torched in 2 short rds.

I am here , and looking forward to his continued reign at MW .... I predict a big year for him. Unification .... after he KO's Rubio, he WILL go on to beat AA in a great fight, and then maybe go after Sturm to unify... Who knows maybe even PW moves up to 160 to fight him. Not a whole lot of options at 160 after AA and Sturm
