I usually just spray them with some water to get the spit of it after use and then usually either just rinse it real good with a bit of hot water or soak it in a bit of disinfectant then rinse it off real well.. anyone got any better solutions?
I spray mine with listerine after I use it. I carry a little spray bottle in my gym bag. Then every once in a while I brush it with a toothbrush.
