just cleared it up with a mate who went over there. he said just fail to omit anything untoward on the form on the flight on the way over. he has a record and spent 3 months bloody working in florida. and generally getting **** faced. i wasnt banged up for firearms or drugs. just some driving offences although i do have drugs on my record but that is not why i was locked up. and it was a miss spent youth before anyone jumps on my back. i dont do that **** now. so anyway i think i will try my luck. vegas here i come. i just got to get rid of 3 kilos of coke to pay for it now. haha. joke
