To be honest i clicked anything just to see the result. I dont know how this ATG ranking works. to me its all bull**** because there can be a number 1 fighter (robinson) and there can be 3 fighters all equally ranked at number 10 becuase there isnt much differnence between them.

No it would not be better than calzaghe has anything done,
Holding the SMW title for so long and making a record number of defences will always make calzaghe ranked higher than hatton and pacman.
Btw chad has proved nothing, calzaghe won't be fighting him.
Especially now chad is having a rematch with tarver(LOL!:rofl)

It's not all about number of title defenses...It's about competition and the divison.

Calzaghe's defenses were against soft competition.

Besides, I think it's more impressive to move up multiple divisions and win numerous world titles (ie. what pacman is trying, pbf has done, etc.), than to sit in one soft division and sweep up the mandatorys...

joe's only reason for being #2 is his victory over B-hops, and as big of a fan i am of B-hops, he's most likely lose to dawson as well. hatton becomes #1 if he beats manny

Calzaghe is the best boxer of the era. there is no way hatton can match him

I doubt it Calzaghe is a better fighter in a lot of peoples eyes and the 1 defeat Hatton has will always be a detterent

Hatton has earned more respect than Calzaghe because Hatton has strived to fight great fighters in their prime unlike JC.

I think so. In my eyes Hatton is such an underdog that beating Pac would be as big as Honeyghan beating Curry

    no

it also depends on how ricky beats pac. with a sensational win i'd say #5 would be okay.

Hell yeah he should be over Joe ... he's the true definition of p4p and he's fighting the #1 ranked fighter in the world p4p ... Joe's not fighting anyone on that level ... you see he's running away from Dawson.

    :nono

that logic is ******ed. a hatton win over margo would elevate him higher than a win over pac.

btw where is joe on you p4p list?

    Yes.

Hopkins was/is clearly on the slide, losing two fights, and his clear stamina issues from being 43 years old were there for all to see. There is no hard evidence to suggest where exactly Zoo was. He looked decent on the night, and wasn't picking up losses when he met Hatton. Also the manner of the victory counts - Cazaghe won by a contentious SD, some think he lost... Hatton made Zoo quit on his stool (so to speak). Kosta, and Bernard were both p4p no3 at the time.

A pac win is obviously greater then beating Kessler.

Hatton all the way, make way Joe.:D

I may be a bit bias...
