I actually think this fight is going to be rather entertaining. I think JCG has enough skill to stay away from Klitshcko's bombs but I also think that if Vitali catches him with a good one, its lights out JCG. If Gomez can stay away and can avoid getting hit with those bombs, I think he wins. On the other hand I don't think Vitali is a bad boxer himself, so with his long jab I think he can stop JCG's speed and can put him in a corner and knock him out. I honestly can't wait till this fight happens what do you all think?

Put it this wa Gomez is more deserving than Haye, at least he has proven himself at heavy.

Should be a good fight, Klitschko can shed a bit more rust.

    Thats a bold claim.

I myself think Vitali will win, but I dont think it will be a destruction like many people say.

    Gomez is very underated here

Gomez is probably one of the better fighters out there, aside from the brothers, and a couple others. Certainly better than Arreola, and probably better than Povetkin as well.

Very deserving guy, Gomez is. Good to see him get his chance.

That said, Vitali by TKO mid rounds.

Gomez will take Vitali to school, but will lose by decision because that's what happens in Germany.

Gomez won't win more than two rounds. If he runs, he might last the distance. Otherwise, Vitlai via TKO.

I'm looking forward to this fight, it should be pretty good, maybe Vitali's finest career win.

Gomez is one of the most talented and skilled HW fighters around, despite his shitty attitude, but he will surelly show up in great shape and focused for this one.

Gomez proved in his last fight that his chin is better than most thought. he also showed a pretty sharp and powerfull left hand against Virchis.

At 6'3.5", 230lbs, 6'10" wingspan, he won't be entering the ring much undersized to Vitali.

I really think this match-up makes for an interesting fight. I would love nothing else than to see JCG win this fight, that way he could fight Wlad and unify all the belts. With Vitali and Wlad holding belts, we will never have a unified champ. JCG winning would bring some excitement to this division in my opinion.
