I'm sure he could get a fight with Peter, Toney or Maskaev... they're itching to stay relevant and in contention.
Sure he could, but he has an overinflated sense of his self worth. Supposedly he's turned down a number of decent fights because he wasn't getting paid enough. Apparently he's forgotten that he's a no-name and that nobody wants to watch him fight anyway because his style is boring as hell.
another SCL Graduate from the "Winky" Wright School of Contract Negotiations? I hope his new "team" can do a little better for him
johnson has the crowd going wild with enthusiasm at one of his fights This content is protected team johnson said we had the crowd off there feet in excitment.
This dude is quality! :rofl I love how he called David Haye a spineless little cowardice ***** in the previous call outs
I remember him being on Friday Night Fights and he blew his chance because the fight was so boring. The commentators were bigging him up in the beginning of the fight saying he could be the next face of the heavyweight division and then switched to being disappointed. Giving it a further reason to say the Heavyweight division is dead. He was pretty slick though.
Well, he's talking a good game, at least. I don't particularly like how he disses ATG Evander Holyfield, but I guess he's trying to get some attention. His problem is, he has to talk all this ****, because he's not too exciting IN the ring, where it matters. I doubt he delivers, really doubt it.
I read an article about him once where the interviewer asked him why he only throws his jab and why does he not try to KO people like a Heavyweight should. His answer was that he is waiting until he gets a title shot to go for the KO to surprise his opponent. :roflatsch He has also showed a questionable Chin. I do not think he is as good as Ray Austin.
Kevin Johnson sucks. Haye would beat his arse. Just like Wlad, Vitali, Gomez, Povetkin, Chagaev, Arreola etc would.
