what's next for the elite fighters? why should they stay amateur when they get no finanical surport from boxing aus ? turn pro i say
im pretty sure some of the top ams do get sponsorships as financial support if what i have been told is tru i would say 2 ams would be making more than most pros in this country
when we get hard done by by the scoring judges like at the beijing olympics its not hard to see why they want to go pro...
you must be talking about BLF . boxing aus didn't get that for them! if boxing aus want to keep our top amateurs they need to get a wage . they get our top boys but do nothing for the rest of boxing . they do nothing to promote the sport .they all need replacing to bring in new blood with different ideas.
