Joan Guzman vs Manny Pacquiao

I dont wanna think about this fight. Guzman will not be able to hurt Pac and Pac would do who knows what to him.

 

I think a couple of years ago Guzman could have sneaked a decision against Pac, but definitely not now. Pac, IMO, was a great fighter, now he is an accomplished boxer. He can use his boxing skills to break down opponents. Before he would pretty much use his speed and slug it out until the other person submitted but now he can systematically break almost any opponent down.

He is probably the most improved boxer in the last couple of years, and he was still very good before then. He beats Guzman by wide UD and I'd go as far as saying he would beat Marquez by close but clear UD should they fight now

I like Pac by decision is a tough fight where he gets frustrating by Guzman's agility, boxing ability, speed, and defense. 7-5 or 8-4 win. He outworks Guzman and might hurt him once or twice.
