If you ring up to cancel your subscription they will offer it to you for 1/2 price for the next 3mths. After 3mths if you ring to cancel again they do the same and on and on and on. They even threw in 3mths free multiroom. They don't want you to cancel at any costs, so you don't have 2 worry about them turning you off.
