i've heard he's fighting ricardo cordoba the wba interim super batam champ but promoted to regural champ,as carbello is a superchamp. This be a tough fight but a winable one.

jaysus he could well be. as I said before, the lad who tells me this stuff doesn't pay attention to detail. He just said to me hes fighting the WBA superbantamweight champion. I said to him 'is it Caballero' he said 'yeah that sounds right'.

Really hope its Cordoba. Very winnable but still a tough task

I asked this lad again what the story was. I said is it Cabellero or Cordoba. He says to me, yeah its one of them alright. Genius!

Fingers crossed for Cordoba. What do people reckon about that?

I think Cordoba is good but he's very raw. He showed his ability in his win over Caballero but I think killing that Colombian??? kid may have affected him
He has 5 KO's in 14 fights since then (yeah I cheated and looked it up). none of them against high level or experience opponents really.
He had 16 KO's in 23 before that (a lot of them were not such a good level I know).
Could it be that he lost the instinct to really pull the trigger or just that he can't KO slicker boxers?

Only seen him twice, I saw one of the Siderenko fights and I saw a dvd of the Caballero fight. Anyone got any other info about him

Looks like the quiet period is ending for Irish boxing. McCloskey got us rolling again. Rogie and Lindsay aer getting their shots. Dunne and Duddy look set to get theirs (fingers crossed).

    Starting to gather momentum nicely.

I would guess somwhere in the yellow section , I heard dana white saying they were "kickass seats" which in sure he charged well for.
