you dont need to have sustained brain damage to sue someone for personal injury. I'd say beating on someone till their semi-concsious satisfies the test for harm.

The evidence does not have to be physical evidence of actual used handwraps but may come from witness statements who say the hands being wrapped. Personally i'd rather see cotto open a can of whoop ass on margarito in the ring (if it is proved he used illegal handwraps).
