If he dosent wee himelf as British what is the harm?Your happy with the current arrangement and good for you (go team GB) but a lot of people up here are not.

If Dunky is an advocate of Scottish independence, which I'm guessing as he's a proud Scot there's a very high chance of then your behaviour is pretty damn offensive.

Not that people can't say pretty much what they want here, they can and these forums regularly turn to insults. So on that note, what you're saying makes you seem like a ****.

The guy lost me when he started with the petty insults, so I aint playing ball with him no more. Theres banter, theres debate, there is heated debate, & then theres just being damn offensive. This guy falls into the latter, so Im done with him.

I agree with what Ed is saying but I think he needs to change his delivery so people don't get him wrong. The internet can make you appear like a right **** even if you are not trying to me. Tone down a bit Ed. We don't need General Forum **** here. There is a reason why we got people like Limond and Nelson coming here. Its a good place to be for numerous reasons.

 

lads lets all just get behind scottish boxing and boxers has we have good talent in scotland just now and hopefully scott harrison can make a succsesful return too.

I don't really see the WBU title as the worst thing in the world, especially if it seems limond can't get a fight with the likes of Thaxton or Murray. Any sort of exposure for Scottish boxing should be a good thing i reckon and it gives him a title fight at the top of the bill of he events hes promoting.

It didn't do Lee McAllister any harm up in Aberdeen when he wasn't exactly getting the opponents he wanted, he got good crowds for his title fights and is a really popular guy in the north east, no doubt helped by his WBU title wins. hope willie does well

Lee McAllister claimed to be a two weight world champion. he ripped the people of aberdeen of and was a laughing stock outside of aberdeen.

 

Belts or no belts Aberdeen love the boy anyways. Hardly a ripoff.

 

exactly,you have to remeber in aberdeen tere hasent been a fighter who has been at british title level for years (i dont know who the last one is) and he is really popular up there.he could easily sell over a few thousand tickets easily .
