Shane is still top 5 P4P & an elite fighter.
Hopkins is still top 3 P4P & an elite fighter.
Calzaghe is retired so irrelevant, anyway he would be #2 P4P.
Haye is a quality contender and former undisputed champion.
Williams is huge and his high volume output is dangerous.
Hatton is top 10 P4P & an elite fighter close to his best.
Cotto is a great boxer puncher, elite fighter & top 15 P4P.
Dawson is 2nd best light-heavy and top 20 P4P in his prime.

The only one's I can't comment on are Winky, because he is old and inactive, past his best and coming off a loss at 170.

Berto is still a bit green, I don't think he's in his prime yet, though he's a bit over-rated anyway. Not going to be great.

Margarito is finished. He's been exposed as a slow predictable fighter with no defense and a now dentable chin.

The comment about Cotto is ridiculous. He's about as far away from a flat-footed plodder as you can get.
