    vincent, have you ever seen a cobra attacking a mongoose? you see, the cobra is outgunned and often outnumbered, yet the numbnuts never learns his lesson and keeps coming back for more until he is left bloody, beaten and left for dead. ringing any bells?

    Oh YES!!! Pavlik will go down in history as a great just like Micky Walker and Archie Moore inspite of the fluke Hopkins loss:nono After did not Moore lose to Charley Burley in 10 one sided rounds and Ezzard Charles 3 times and did Micky Walker lose big time when fought Harry Grab yet both Walker and Moore are all time greats:deal

    A bit early to be putting Pavlik in with the likes of the Haglers, Robinsons etc but good luck to him.

    would a young Hagler lose to a 43 year old version of Hopkins??would any of the names you mention lose so convincingly??? i think not......

    Pavlik was sick and 10 pounds over his best weight that fight does count it was a fluke:tong

    I'm no boxing expert but even I know that Pavlik doesn't deserve to be in the same topic title as those four legends. I'm no Pavlik hater. I really hope he dusts himself off from that embarrasing performance against BHop and pick himself up. But c'mon threadstarter, let's get real.

    The way he was ineffective with Hopkins shows that Pavlik will lose to the first guy who can use boxing skills. I think Abraham has a chance. Rubio or Duddy do not.
