Jennings will barely make it out of the 3rd and will get stopped in the 4th.

    Here's the laydown.

Jennings will make a great start in the first few rounds. Cotto will seemed shock and will take a few punches - not damaging ones though. Then is round 3 or 4, Cotto will start to dominate and force a referee stoppage in round 6 or 7.

What happens if Jennings wins though?????

I dont think there's much point going into tactics in this one. Cotto is superior in every department. The question is around Cotto's willingness to fight after the Marg fight.

I think the hand wraps scandal might serve Cotto well here. Cotto can excuse his defeat, in his own head, to the fact that he was fighting Marg with bricks in his opponents hands. I think he may come out intent on finishing Jennings off to prove he still has a lot left.

The question around Jennings is whether he will freeze on the night or put in the performance of his life. Unfortunately I think even the latter will not be enough for him.

    Cotto TKO/KO

Jennings is going to get brutalised, unfortunantly.

I believe Cotto is gonna walk in that ring and steamroll poor Jennings. I'm sure the Puerto Rican wants to post an emphatic "I'm back" statement; this won't go 12.

    Cotto TKO3

In a nutshell he took a couple of knees and then gave up. Seemed like it was a payday for him, and he never seriously considered biting down on his gumshield and giving it his best shot; never seen the ol "going down with all guns blazing mentality" that you would hope to see from a guy challenging for a world title.

He also made some "I'm just in it for the money" comments pre-fight which, coupled with what transpired in the ring, left a bit of a bad taste in some people's mouths.

Im gonna take the unpopular road.

Im taking Jennings , First few rounds will be tight , Cotto will come on 4-6 but wont be able to finish Jennings , then Cottos somewhat questionable stamina comes into play and Jennings squeaks by him with a narrow decision.

In all honesty its a bit of a dream , but I really don't think Cotto hits as hard as some people think he does , and I expect him to be gun shy , I know the Margo thing has taken a different turn but fighters bouncing back immediatley from an utter kicking like that are rare beasts.

So yeah I know it'll almost certianly be Cotto but I'll take the abuse come Sunday and back Jennings for a shock upset !

I'd agree with you if he was fighting Paul Williams, but Jennings is the perfect comeback opponent for him and I can see Cotto having little trouble with him. In all honesty it should be a kicking; Jenning's can't out-box him and he can't out-brawl; the only thing he can do is try and out-last him (as you say) but it would take a Rocky-like effort on his part to accomplish this.

    I'm taking Jennings by quittage.

On the basis that Cotto is ruined by Margo's loaded gloves.
