Why was Corrales's girlfriend in the ring?

In the postfight interview Hatton said he wanted to dedicate the win to Corrales and his family, and when he turns Corrales's girlfriend is right there waiting to hug him. I'm not complaining; I thought it was nicely done. I'm just curious if that was planned before with Hatton if he won and if the same would have happened if Castillo won.

I think she was there supporting Castillo.

Both Castillo and Hatton are classy guys and she seems the type of woman who loves boxing and is there to support the fighters that supported her husband.

She just happened to be there and Hatton was simply aware.

...or maybe Ricky's team helped her pay some bills; of course only after she promised to do the right thing--that is to sue Castillo just two days before the fight.

Yeah and maybe Hatton bribed one of Castillo's team to put grease on JLC's shoes so that he fell over in the 1st.

That was a kind gesture of Hatton.
