Along with Chavez and victories he should hold over Tito and Shane, he's beaten:

    Fernando Vargas
    Ricardo Mayorga
    Oba Carr
    Miguel Angel Gonzalez
    Hector Camacho
    Genaro Hernandez
    Arturo Gatti
    John John Molina
    Jesse James Leija
    Javier Castillejo
    Rafael Ruelas
    Jorge Paez
    Wilfredo Rivera
    Jeff Mayweather

That's not even including his official victories over Whitaker, Quartey, and Sturm, as I personally had him losing all 3 fights.

Ike Quartey is a better win than anything Mayweather achieved above 140lb.

Whitaker's resume sucks?? Wins over McGirt, Chavez, and arguably even a peak Oscar once he was well past-prime??

Where the **** is Pernell Whitaker in most of these lists???? He's quite easily top 10 if not top 5 in any Welterweight case.

I didn't know where to put him, IMHO Napoles is the #1 Welterweight, Hearns at #2 sounds right as does Leonard at #3.

    I'll do this

    1 Jose Napoles
2 Thomas Hearns, Sugar Ray Robinson
    3 Sugar Ray Leonard
    4 Emile Griffith
    5 Felix Trinidad
    6 Pernell Whitaker
    7 Luis Manuel Rodriguez
    8 Mickey Walker
    9 Jimmy McLarnin
    10 Ted Kid Lewis

you're right about hearn's resume, and I guess if you are using resume as the main criteria the list is good...

H2H though I think Hearns beats them all but Leonard.

Terrible list. Especially considering a Cuban forgot Gavilan.
