Calzaghe haters have brought the 'he looked better on film' chestnut into play, like these guys were fighting in the 40s or something. Calzaghe has the better record, Calzaghe ranks higher.
People like you **** me off in a big way what you on about the real hopkins and jones stop making excuses fights were made fights were fought and Joe beat them both. In either mans so called prime I think Calzaghe would have had an easier night because Jones and Hopkins would have fought more and been beaten easier than the pathetic efforts they put in when Joe hammered them. Hopkins was disgracefull, real manly dont you think
He's a calzaghe hater, very cunningly disguised - yet it's BLATANTLY obvious!!! McGrain the Joe C Hater!!!!!
where lopez goes, calzaghe must be in the same ranking..im guilty of once ranking them 20 spots apart
Depends what criteria you put more emphasis on. Finito looks better on film and is the better technician. Joe however, still displayed a comparable level of in the ring dominance. Joe has the better resume by a clear margin IMO. If I had to split them I would say Ricardo but I cant really argue with someone having it the other way.
Amazing how similar is the uppercut of Ricardo Lopez and JMM, Nacho Beristain really knows how to teach it!!!!!!!!!!! (look at 3:08 in the video) Regarding the post I think Ricardo was a most complete fighter, I really like Joe C. but overall RL was much better Power RL A+ JC B- Chin RL A- JC B- Technic RL A+ JC A Stamina RL B+ JC A+ Most technical fighter ever came from Mexico He said I'm done with boxing in his peak and he never attempted to came back, you got to respect that in a boxer P.S. RL My favorite fighter ever
