Banks is actually a good boxer.
He just got hit by a huge right hand, I am sure he will come back.

Adamek is impressive but the guys he's beaten are not worry to carry Dawson's jockstraps.
I want to see him rematch w/ Dawson in light heavyment or cruiserweight.
Anyone who is with me in this fight?

Don't talk rubbish. Bell is a former undisputed champ, Banks an unbeaten puncher, Cunningham a slick, fast, gritty & experienced world class operator.

Dawson's got some top drawer wins: Harding, Adamek, Johnson, Tarver.

Adamek has some superb wins: Briggs, Briggs, Bell, Cunningham, Banks.

Since they fought each other, Adamek's run is starting to look better.

Dawson needs to settle with Glen Johnson, prove he really won. Adamek won his close fight more convincingly, with the 3 KDs of Cunningham.

Here's why Adamek left light heavyweight, aside from Dawson, of course. Paul Briggs almost knocked him out.

He has better comps in light heavyweight.

Banks ain't shot, he was just never very good. Slow, lumbering, shaky chin, no stamina... those traits have ALWAYS been there... he's just not much of a talent.

    I honestly thought he'd be KO'd sooner.

Great fight on Adamek's part. I gave Banks first 2 rds then it was all Adamek. I was sitting in the second row ringside and you can feel the punches thrown. Crazy stuff! I was at the post press afterwards and the media started talking about him taking the Cunningham rematch. It was cool seeing Steve and Tomasz exchange handshakes and lots of photo's. Great sportsmanship between the 2.

Damn, that must have been a great fight to attend. I could kick myself for not being there. I'm like 30 minutes away from that arena.

I can't believe you didn't go! I'm an hour from there and we went. I am a fan of just watching the polish people back their fighters. It was unbelievably CRAZY in there. Polish people need to back Steve if he isn't fighting their fighters. You know like an adopted fighter. So many fans where lining up for pictures and he took everyone of them. Great fans you guys are! Props!

i wouldnt say banks is slow i thought his hands looked fast and explosive up until adamek started cracking his body then he slowed down. banks has been one of wlad klitschkos main sparring partners for years now that cant be good for ones health.

After the 2nd rd you could see his stomach gasping for air. It's dissapointing to see Stewart not there to support the guy he trained. That to me tells me that it was all about the money and didn't care about his fighter.

I need to do a search cause they took hundreds of photos when Adamek sat down. And Steve and I where right behind him. I was giving Adamek the bunny ears!

It's incredible the number of cruel shots he took from Briggs yet still managed to rally back: great fights. I don't think he's run away from light heavy challenges - he's fought quality light heavies, he ended up struggling to make weight, then moved up for fresh challenges where he's a healthier athlete.
