I read in "The Devil and Sonny Liston" that Liston floored Marshall and Marshall popped right back up.

Liston was so shocked that his jaw literally dropped, and Marshall got him.

As a side note, we all know James Toney talks a bunch of ****. Probably his best talking was wiggling his body when Sam Peter was dancing around him in the last round of their second fight. Hilarious, yet non-verbal.
