Roach: "When he fights, there is no crime in the Philippines, because everyone is watching him box. He has come such a long way. He wants to go into politics, he's going to college right now, and after two more years of boxing, he will go into politics." http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...reet-urchin-after-his-father-ate-his-dog.html If that's the case, in case he is really very lucky and wins his fights, after Ricky his next best 5 fights for me would be: JMM JMM JMM Cotto Floyd Even if he beats JMM in a razor thin split decision in all these 3 fights, hopefully people will give full credit to Pac beating JMM.
good news. **** politics right now. pac should cement his legacy for the next 2 years to shut up the haters.
Floyd's through, good news though i wanna see him fight JMM Cotto Guzman winner of Holt-Bradley, then the winner of whoever wins that against Torres Mosley (if he's still around) Victor Ortiz (he should be a big enough name by then)
make the 5 fights all with JMM... campaign period for the election s one year from now...not two years from now
If i could choose 5 opponents i would say JMM, Floyd, Cotto, Mosley and then if he wins those 4 then who cares who he fights next lol he could fight my grandma and i would pay to watch it
PAC doesnt revolve around JMM. We all know that Pac already said 2009 will be his last. So either we can expect 1 more fight in November or December. Or happily 1 more fight also at early 2010. Then he gets hugged by the politics pigs.
The Filipino leaders wish that Pac fights everyday so they can save money on police patrols and military garrisons. I really wish that he would just retire as a private citizen when he hangs up the gloves. The Philippines has way too many actors/athletes running the country as it is.
It's not just good news for Pac fans, it's good news for boxing fans in general. Appreciate this all time great's presence or cry and wish he's here when he's gone. :deal
