I dont think anyone is "murdering" prime RJJ...He had great reflexes and could see punches coming...BEAT HIM YES..MURDER NO..Im not talking about RJJ that fought Tarver..Im talkin bout him in 1998-2003!

 

Ripped fuel is a fat burner. How would this improve RJJ's performance like steroids? It wouldn't.
Ripped fuel used to contain ephedra. I'm thinking that was the banned substance. I don't think it's banned because of the "advantages" that it gives to an athlete rather than the side effects. I think that's it but I would have to look more into it.

Who in Jones' prime did he face at the calibre of Michael Spinks? The jinx would have any version of Jones on his back, and Spinx has the goods and physical tools to deliver, furthermore he moved up and beat a real HW champ, unlike John Ruiz.

 

No one is even giving thought to Bob Fitzimmons @ 175..He would decapitate roy.. Stanley Ketchel @ 160 probably ktfo Roy too

Neither fighter was even marginally skilled enough, not from the footage we have or what most of us know to be true of the evolution of the sport from that period. I'm not an advocate of modern day boxers over past ones, but when we go past a certain point (say pre 40's or so and the evolution of modern technique) I don't think guys like Fitz and Ketchell can even be considered.

 

I left off Floyd Patterson. He too would destroy Roy. The list is getting longer and longer.
