Lets say Bob Foster moving up from LightHeavy instead of Archie Moore to face Rocky Marciano. Who would take this one? 15 Rounds.

It would be more a question of whether Foster could make it out of the first two rounds.

    I disagree with Janitor.

Against Frazier, Foster was pushed out of his gameplan of stick and move and into a plan of RUN! by a much faster pressure than Rocky could generally bring. I think Marciano wins it, but I think it takes 8-10 rounds for him to catch up to Bob.

Marciano walks him down and stops him mid rounds. Like McGrain said, Frazier's pressure was much faster than Marciano's. And especially in the Foster fight, he came roaring out of the gate. I think Foster could probably cut Rocky pretty bad, but I don't think it'd be enough to slow Rocky down, let alone win him the fight.

I'd pick a mid round stoppage in Rockys favour. His relentless and constant pressure would wear down and damage Foster and the fight would most likely end in a stoppage.

Marciano might take a few rounds, but he gets Foster. There's absolutely no doubt about that.

Pressure fighters who could impose their wills on him because of massive physical advantages were his kryptonite.

Rocky stops Foster in five or six rounds.

I think Foster had no choice but to bring, he was not really a boxer or a runner...I see Marciano stopping him with a double left hook in the 2nd almost a double to the Matthews fight

You have to pick Rocky in this one. Foster never beat a good heavyweight, and Rocky was more then just good.
