Now, that RJJ has had a comfortable win, suggesting he may not be shot.

Will he fight Hopkins. After Pavlik fight Hopkins wanted him but after RJJ got humiliated against Calzaghe, Hopkins suggested it was over for RJJ and the fight could not happen because RJJ was shot.

RJJ has said he doesn't want any part of Hopkins... Will they finally agree terms and will the fight happen?

In myu opinion RJJ wasn't as bad as he looked against Calzaghe. He had a bad cut, but before then he was still in the fight and considering he put Calzaghe on his arse and stunned him, he surely had a chance had he not been cut.

I still think Hopkins vs RJJ would make money, as people would want to watch it.

Calzaghe and Sheika represent to different kind of adversity...

.....Jones was fighting against a ****in punching bag, it's easy to look good. he's shot to pieces, just look at the Trinidad and Calzaghe fights. Trinidad was shot, inactive, over his best weight and Jones couldn't even KO him when a less powerful Hopkins knocked Trinidad when he was in his prime.. Against Calzaghe I think I don't need to say anything.. I respect the man, but Jones needs to retire before he gets knocked out cold again...

Hopkins already has said that RJJ is done as a fighter... he said he feared for RJJ when he saw him the night of the Calzaghe vs Jones fight, said he looked really old and not good. He won't fight RJJ, it doesn't do anything for his legacy... he has bigger fish to fry.

Before Jones vs. Calzaghe, this fight was significant. Now it is not. I do not want to see it anymore, whereas before the Calzaghe fight I was clamouring for it as loud as anyone.

Depends. Lets say Jones wins a tittle at 175. I think if he stays away from Chad Dawson he can still win a tittle. Than I think a rematch is very likely.
Hopkins is all bout the $$$$ and a fight with Jones could bring in a lot of $$$$.

Doubt it, rjj isn't a great any more, I don't think, although he could prove to be fighting somebody in prime, dawson etc. Hopkins, however, is still a top p4p, probably most peoples No.3 so unless RJJ churns out some results, no. O how the tables have turned!!!!

I'm not going to lie, I'd still want to see RJJ vs Hopkins but I just don't think it'll happen.

No . . . RJJ I BET won't fight Hokins . . . but let's see what happens if Bhops wins against Adamek.

If Bhop's put pressure on RJJ it might still happen.

I don't think I would like to see this fight anymore. Roy should just hang them up. Will it happen? I don't think so, I think B-Hop realizes that beat Jones would do nothing for his legacy at this point.

If Hopkins beats Adamek and RJ beats another fringe contender, this fight makes sense money wise and that's the bottom line. But Hopkins has to get past Adamek, which is a tall order. I can definitely see this fight happening late 2009.
