The worst part is this "ban" was just a slap on the wrist, he's only "banned" from fighting in America but not anywhere else and Mexico has welcomed him with arms wide open to fight there. What kind of a "ban" is that?

From my understanding, neither got a year, they were suspended indefinitely with the ability to appeal the suspension in one year's time. I don't think Capetillo will ever be allowed to train in the US again, but I'm cynical enough to think that Tony's ban will be lifted in a year.

There's not enough evidence for a charge like that to stick. Had they caught Margo after the fight, and had Margo inflicted serious damage on Mosley then they possibly could've charged him with attempted manslaughter. As it stands, I don't believe went through far enough with the act to warrant an attempted charge of anything; especially manslaughter.
