People are selling Jackson WAY too short here.

They're describing him as just a guy with a big right hand, nothing more. If you follow his career up until about the McCallum fight, commentators were describing him as a well-rounded athlete. And it's true, he was.

He was quite technically sound, he was always on balance, an underrated bodypuncher as well as jab, great timing with the right hand and a helluva left hook. Check his fight with Buster Drayton for example, a pretty durable jr.middleweight ranked #1 by one of the sanctioning bodies at the time and was ****ing OUT from a single left hook.

Look what Jackson did to Terry Norris. I had to laugh at Lampley saying how Norris was cruising to victory. He cruised alright for about a round and a half.

HAHAHA Well mosley who started his career at Lightweight broke his chin...

Just imagine what Jackson would do to that. This thread was ******ed from the first day it was conceived.... The horror of how much this guy was being overrated... Ambition_Def was smoking that good stuff.

    Lol I highly doubt it.

I told these idiots Margo has a good chin but has never faced true ATG one-shot power. Guys like Hearns or Jackson would stop Margo easily. Taking shots from guys like Cintron doesn't prove much in match ups like this.

Jackson was like a poor man's Trinidad. Stringy and powerful but also vunerable, moreso than Trinidad himself.

Wow, this part was interesting. Jackson was a murderous puncher and there was a recent poll about who would win between Tito and the Hawk never mind Margarito. The Hawk won.
