Is it possible to give us an example of that fighter who would meet your criteria, please? ...Besides Vargas, of course.

Lewis ran away from the re-match. After running his mouth about it, he balked when $18,000,000.00 was offered.

At this point, I'd like to see Vitali fight Valuev, Chagaev, or Ruiz.

While Ruiz doesn't deserve the shot, it would be pay back time for all the times he spoiled title fights with cheap tactics such as bithcing, holding, faking low blows, etc...

I also would not mind McCall. The fight I'm just ok with with is Maskeav.

Yeah, Valuev, Chagaev or Ruiz would be fine as long as Lewis is not eager to step up.

the only way he gets credit he deserve is to continue in top form as long as possible...he must strive for longetivity rather than resume coz there are nobody there to improve his resume...

Career wise Vitali's missed some fights.

Ruiz, Brewster, Rahman, Holy, Bowe, Briggs, Tua, Valuev, maybe Byrd rematch, and others.

A couple of these fights would still be interesting today, but most have already passed the right timing.

I'm not gonna mention Lewis rematch because it is obvious Lennox avoided and didn't want any part of that.

Vitaly has repeatedly stated that he wants to fight Valuev next.

I for one would love to watch him fight his compatriot Virchis or his former stable mate Dimitrenko-who also stems from the Ukraine-back home in Kiev's central soccer stadium in front of 100.000 specators.

I actually think Bowe is almost tailor-made for Vitali...he couldn't throw a straight right to save his life.
