Watch the first 6 rounds of Cotto-Margo and try to honestly say hes not top ten if not top 5...Until the loaded gloves wore him down he was schooling Margo.

How soon we forget that there was no one we wanted Floyd to fight more than Cotto about a year ago. Then he gets beat by plaster-wraps and Pacman whoops on a drained Oscar and all of the sudden we'd much rather see Pac-Floyd or Shane-Floyd??????

    Please.

He was not schooling Margo. He boxed very well in round 1, and controlled the action. He lost rounds 2 and 6. In rounds 3,4,5, Cotto was steadily going into survival mode after getting hurt in round 2. Margo was dictating the pace, was pinning Cotto on the ropes, and was getting off a lot of shots. I gave Cotto rounds, 3,4, and 5 based on clean punching, but Margo arguably inflicted more damage in those rounds.

Getting a little sick of all this pound for pound talk now. Everybody's list is subjective and we're all going to be bias towards our favourite fighters, particularly if there is a talent we're unaware of. I am yet to see a list that two people agree on. but to answer the above question Cotto would be in my top ten, just.

You are forgeting the cast!!! But anyways, I still think the 1001 P4P lists running around are totally worthless anyways.

You mean the one in the Cotto fight that there is no evidence that it exists? The one that the Commission cleared Margo of having in that fight? I can't base rankings based on what could've happen if something that there isn't any proof happened didn't happen.
