The Golota from the Bowe fights is too skilled for Morrison, but Andrew has to watch out for that big left hook. He'd probably TKO Morrison before Morrison could find a gap and angle for it though, Tommy had an awful chin.

This fight could just be a simple case of who catches who first, both can punch but both had less than stellar chins.

Golota from fights against Bowe would KO Morrison. I pick Golota.

Whoever lands the first hard shot win's.
"The Duke's" left hook is a thing of beauty....

Golatta dominates the fight with great skill and power and then retires in the 8th because of a corn on his foot.

    Morrison DQ.

    Someone had to.

  10. Morrison wins this one, the difference a PRIME Morrison had heart:deal and Golota didn't, when faced with a tough challenge Andrew would pack it in and call it a day..
AG quit against Grant, DQ'D himself in both Bowe fight's, and quit horribly against Tyson, Morrison never submitted...

I wonder about this matchup as well from time to time.
Seems like quite a good matchup overall if they had fought while both in they're primes.

I tend to feel that Golota would have the edge overall.
I dont see Golota freezing up or having a panic attack in this one so he's mostly gonna be at least fairly under control for the most part.

Neither one would be scared of the other i think.
I think it'd be mostly a combo of a chess match and a bit of brawlin.not as much sluggin as people would expect probably...i think Morrison would be gunnin for the ko early but Golota would have a good gameplan and would be able to nulify Morrsion's power punches for the most part.

Morrison would realize early that he should use a vaster strategy and he would work behind the jab and make sure he doesnt punch himself out or get careless...After awhile,i just picture Golota having a slight but substaintial edge and winning a clear cut but fairly close UD.

I gotta say assuming Golota keeps it together which is a big if. He had superior skills and would outjab morrison and wear him down for the TKO in about 8 rounds. I would not lay money on it though thats for sure.

I'd have to go with Morrison. I don't have any faith in Golota in potentially tough fights, period.
