    I'll check the IBF website....Thats what getting me also...I dont know how true it is but the source I've read it from seems pretty solid.

    How is Hlatshwayo entitled to a mandatory when he drew in the eliminatior with Delvin Rodriguez.

    Not only that but Delvin actually won a elimination against alvarez a month ago. Don't really understand the bias that the IBF have towards african fighters.

    I believe Isaac was originally announced as the winner before it was changed to a draw...so I guess the IBF doesn't give a **** about their own results?

    Suck's the paycheck's would be smaller tho, I guess they are worth something afterall....

    who cares? Cotto, certainly, wouldn't be making the IBF mandatory after the unification anyway. He'd more than likely drop the belt regardless.

    Isn't this the second time in like a year that the IBF did this~??

    Last time I checked, Hlatshwayo didn't win the last title eliminator he was in... If anything, he NEEDS to fight another eliminator.... Rodriguez/Hlatshwayo needs to happen.... Delvin just fought in a title eliminator earlier this year.... good fight too... Dumb ... Just let them unify...

    this is whack man..the IBF is stupid...they have a chance to unify these titles and the IBF is fu34in erything up!

    I never understood why it is exactly that the sanctioning bodies don't want unification as regards title holders, can anyone explain that to me?

    IBF did this before Hatton Malignaggi aswell. I like fighters (ie. Hopkins) winning all four major belts, but its becoming harder and harder with all these mandatorys not to mention the shambles that is the WBA.
