Yea I saw this breaking news on some other forum and this is a major letdown.. Why the **** does this keep happening with DOnaire.. Martinez fight would have been a war i think.

DOnaire needs to move up to 118.

 

Dunkin is trying to get Donaire in the JCC card in Tijuana later this month, hopefully its still against Martinez

 

First of all, my respects and greetings. Just noticed that the fight was postoned, I hope it aint true but if so, Its is obvious that there are many politics involved and they know there is a very high posibility that Nonito will lose OR not the proper HYPE has been created in the states. Cobrita is a technical fighter who has improved by the minute, and without a dought has the potential to be Champion of the World. He who gets mad, is bound to lose his head. Patience is a virtual. As for now it seems that Nonito is a Jotito. Hopefully Cobrita will get a call from Golden Boy Productions soon, I am sure Cobrita will be a good asset to them. :bbb The right time will come... Cobrita is a very live opponent. Donaire may have made a mistake in picking this guy. It will be a good fight for the fans but it is most definitely a 50/50 fight. On the other hand Cobrita may have taken donaire to soon. Martinez is an excellent young fighter. When is this fight happening? or is it even happening? I will look forward to it.

 

wasn't the paperwork already signed on this one? If not then somewhere in there someone's manager ****ed up.

Anyways, this was looking to be a very good fight and its rare to see these type of fighters square off when they are still building up a name.

Thats going to be a good fight, I think Martinez pulls it off for real. Donaire is good but I sense something special with cobrita.

 

Yea Martinez is gonna be a hard style for Donaire because he is patient and sets up everything off the jab and therefore is hard to counter. Donaire is gonna have a nice height advantage but still i'd say in speed they are pretty much even maybe even edge to Martinez. However Donaire has more power.

 

This is ridiculous. I like Donaire but this fight was a waste anyway he really needs to get his career in gear such a waste of talent. He needs to move up. BTW who is his manager now that he has left Shaw?

 

Martinez reminds me of a smaller victor Ortiz.
