For you to be genuinely interested in a Mayweather rematch?

I know there are Hatton fans who have screamed bloody murder over everything from Cortez to the fight being in Vegas, but bottom line, that fight was a very comprehensive beating that ended in a decisive KO. Mayweather was never hurt, at the best, sporadically pressured, and beat Hatton on the inside, where he was supposed to be getting muscled around and hurt to the body.

A fight like this one does not, on its own, merit a rematch.

Now for business purposes, dollars making sense, you can sell the public on damn near anything. But if you take boxing as a sport seriously, you expect more than that. If Hatton stops Pacquiao, and does it by way of badly outclassing him, I would admit that he's earned another chance at Mayweather. If he struggles with Pacquiao and squeaks out a decision or scores a freak KO, I'd be very disappointed with Floyd for still taking the fight. It would be his right to do so, but it would also clearly be passing on greater challenges.

    Your thoughts?

To me it doesn't matter how impressive he looks against pac because Floyd fight is totally different.. Styles makes fights and regardless of how great hatton looks against pac, that aint going to change a thing when facing Floyd.. It'll be no different..

IM not interested at all in a FLoyd/hatton rematch.

Pacman has proved himself time and time again and has even come back from losses. Its obvoius he is a natural, experienced, and has had the best fight nights to his opponents, but we understand that comes with proper training and preperation. Hatton has made a good move on getting Mayweather Sr. as his trainer, if he, Hatton, learns a bit more on the defense or learns any defense side of boxing he may have a chance. As for De La Hoya his fight against pacman, I believe he was over trained and should not be compared. That is why I say proper training and preparation.

Yes! If Hatton beats Pacman, or better yet the winner should fight against Maywaether. I personally do not like Mayweather style, but he is the perfect example of a boxer. Sorry I just like the fighters not the show stoppers. May the best fighter win. It will be good 1.

It doesnt matter how bad he beats Pacman, Floyd has his number and he isnt as affective at 147 pounds.

Pac would have to be close to being beaten to death for me to be interested in PBF-Hatton II. But that aint gonna happen.

If Hatton KOs Pac, keeps Sr. as his trainer, and the fight is at 140...then it would be interesting.

Firstly, Pacman would have to put on a good performance as well; if Hatton just obliterates him (not that it's going to happen) people will just say Pac had a bad night or he was too high up in weight or something. But if it's a top fight and Hatton wins convincingly, he'd still have to go up to WW and beat Cotto or Mosley I think.

Mayweather's not going to come back unless he has something to prove or a challenge. At the moment, PBF beats Hatton down again. Hatton has to show he's a fundamentally different fighter who just had a shocker to drag Floyd back.

He would have to win just about every round and KO Pac late. I have no interest in a rematch.

No interest no mater if he stops him brutally inside 90 secounds. Hatton-Mayweather was a horrible fight way to much clinching and way to one sided.

If Hatton wins Money May should fight Mosley or Cotto, or if Pac wins i wouldn't mind that match up.

I would imagine that if HAtton beats Pacman and its not a onesided beat down Pacquiao will get a rematch. Or at least thats what I'm hoping for.
