If Haye wins, what will the future hold for the division?

then ruslan chagaev will knock haye out and become undisputed heavyweight champion. then he will run as president of uzbekistan and end world hunger and balance the global budget and still have time to train

 

Dspite what everyone is saying, it will be very bad, becasue Haye cannot take a heavyweight punch (judging by the fact taht he was dusted up by Monte Barret, as well as his past cruiserweight Kds and stoppage).

This means that there will be no stability. He will loose his titles to someone else, who, judging by recent heavy history, will rapidly loose them to someone else, and so on and so on.

I know there are rematch clauses that would put him agaisnt wlad and Vitaly- he will break these clauses, knowing that he only won in the first place by winning the chin lottery.

No offense to Haye, but he just does not have heavyweight champ written on him.

 

Wouldn't the Wlad rematch be in the fall and the Vitali fight be early next year?
I just can't see him winning all 3. But if so...

Povetkin is due a mandatory. It'd be interesting to see what Haye does - he'd have multiple belts at that point (unless there's a stripping due to missing mandatories with all the rematches) and would likely opt for the more lucrative (HBO) Aerrola fight. Of course, if Haye is stripped of the IBF, Aerrola may opt for a more winnable fight vs. Povetkin for that strap, if it's on offer (if Haye wins those three K-bros fight, Povetkin will definitely look more winnable). Hmmm... could end up quite a splintered mess.

Meanwhile, in the WBA, we'll have Ruiz/Holyfield VII or some such ****.

 

Then it will be down to Vitali to Unify the belts.

 

Either Klitschko losing in general wouldn't necessarily be bad for the division, as a matter of fact loosening their grip on the division would probably make things a bit more interesting.

As for Haye.. if he somehow gets lucky against Wlad, he won't stay at the top for very long.. someone will put their knuckles through that glass eventually.

 

Vlad will knock Haye out. Do not dream about your wishes, they will not come true. Brewster is correct, No way can Haye beat Klitschko.

 

This is the plan IMHO. It's what Vitali wanted all along.

 

The "only" was Haye can win this fight is to take a dive, but I doubt he would stoop so low as that, not even for big money.

 

if he beats both the klits i dont see anyone else at the moment to challenge haye realistically. He would obviously go for a big payday against arreola, assuming vitaly hasnt fought and ko'd him first, but i dont see doughnut boy troubling haye. But as it is i think haye will beat wlad but lose to vitaly

 

Just watched some of Haye's fights on video, his punches are way too wide and he is way off balance. Perfect opponent for Vlad. Vlad will look so good in this fight. Brewster was correct wheh he said that no way could Haye beat Klitschko and he gave reasons.

 

If Haye wins he fights Vitali. That's where the problem lies. If Haye wins, then brilliant - he can go about defending his titles. But should Klitschko win, I see him calling it a day and the division is left in a mess again.

 

Well, of course, Brewster said Haye had a 1% chance, not no chance. You've consistently said that Brewster was right, yet you've consistently refused my offer to put your money where your mouth is.

So, once more, will you back your opinion and lay me a bet on Haye at the 99/1 odds that Brewster suggests?
