Calzaghe vs Froch would be a close, entertaining fight.

That is.. Enzo Calzaghe or perhaps Joe's son, Connor Calzaghe.

Froch vs Joe Calzaghe? That's a ****ing massacre that should be considered illegal.

I would like to see Joe add another win to his record at Froch's expense. I like Froch but he didnt show that much tonight other then heart, and a decent punch but you need more then that to beat the best in the business.

Would that be the Calzaghe that went life and death with Reid or the one that went the distance with Starie in one of the worst fights in living memory or maybe the same Calzaghe that was put on the floor by Salem?

Methinks people overestimate Calzaghe's abilities, the guy is a product of careful matchmaking and hype, nothing more nothing less.

Froch is a decent fighter. He has to be. Calzaghe would beat him easily, but this was a good win for Froch, although I think he was helped by the fact that Taylor is a little diminished. Pavlik helped Froch a little in this fight.

Calzaghe didn't need to, he beat Eubank for the title at 25. Froch picked up a vacant title at 31 he doesn't have time on his side.

Froch wouldn't keep up with calzaghe's speed, punch output....He couldn't keep up w/ taylors thru 1st 6 rounds and calzaghe would be shooting punches all 12 rounds

Agreed. Froch would be an extremely easy fight for Joe.
