froch, hopkins, taylor, pavlik, kessler, calzaghe - rank them 1 to 5?

Don't pretend you don't know the story! Joe ducking Pav is one of the most obvious and clearly documented cases of ducking in boxing history. We even had some of the hardest of the hardcore calzombies calling Joe on it. Either you only started following boxing very recently, or you are a liar who lacks personal integrity, and therefore pretends not to know what happened. Those are pretty much your choices. Which is it?

 

I'm not sure why you posted this, but stop and think for a minute. Joe spent months calling Pav out, and then he said Pav wasn't a big enough name for him, and then he claimed he offered Kelly a fight back when KP's best win was Zuniga, and KP was recoverig for career treatening hand surgery. Calzaghe made a complete idiot of himself during that time period.

 

Well, read it again, I think it's quite clear.

I tried to get a fight with him twice before. We approached him immediately after I beat Jeff Lacy in 2006 but he declined.

What part of that don't you understand?

 

Would it matter? Calzaghe would still have Lacy-ed Pavlik.

 

pavlik on his best night of his life would not be able to stand in a ring with JC or BHOP both are on a different level now and in they prime.
