Got my tickets sorted out okay now. Just sent me the wrong tracking number for the shipment. Once I managed to get in contact with customer services which was tough on English website (cheers again to poster above) the women on the phone from Eventim was very helpful and said she would get in touch with shipping agent, but turned out tickets arrived a couple of hours later.

 

my tickets have been despatched by seatwave, did anyone else get standing tickets?

Can anyone who got tickets off seatwave let me know if they come or not? Just a little wary of the site, done a little research and a few people who orderd music festival tickets of them last year didn't get their tickets. Cheers.
