Hopkins is barely coherent and ventures into several non-sequiturs. I think he'd be perfect as an professional ESPN analyst.
hahaha listen to Hopkins go. haha those white collar british braodcasters probably thought he was some random gangsta rapper trying to make sense of the fight. Hopkins really does like the sound of his own voice.
Hopkins- I'm pickin Manny. The only guy who can beat Manny is Manny isself. I think Manny gon win by KO before the 10th. Oscar- Dude...GBP! Hopkins- Oh... Oscar- Let's try again Hopkins- Hatton....by something
Wtf like he already had about 7 minutes of airtime to ramble on about basketball. He should have got to the point sooner, the punchy old fool. p.s. Bernard is a legend and an inspiration.
the truth is, nobody has got a ****ing clue what is going to happen and thats what makes this fight so exciting.
I think the real question is who taught you how to spell? It's "******" with a D at the end. Probably a good idea to know how to spell the word ****** before actually calling someone one, don't you think? It's "internet." No "A" present in this word. And finally, the easiest one of all, it's "Baby." Double B on the word baby? Really?
The degree of self-ownership on some of these posts is truly astonishing. Broxi - you have landed a motherload! Even if you didn't intend it, the bait has been swallowed whole. Impressive. blank - not sure what to say. Look up "sarcasm" and see what you find. Didn't the follow-up posts begin to clue you in a bit? Just a little?
Dude, cut the bull**** already. Hopkins is easily one of my favorite fighters but it's obvious he does tend to give overly long answers and sometimes ends up rambling a bit. But to compare that video to some random gangster rapper is pretty far off base. He was actually making plenty of sense and saying things more complicated than "UHHHHH, shake that ass" or what have you. Honestly, having lived in America all my life, and knowing that the language spoken is English, it really surprises me how many Englishmen have such difficulty speaking their own language. Hell, look at Hatton, he speaks so poorly, he doesn't just change the pronunciation of words to suit his accent, he actually changes the word entirely to cover up the fact shabby speaking habits. "I had to pull me knickers down over me knees." Umm, Ricky, that word is actually pronounced "MY." You see, the letters Y and E are different, and usually, a word with a Y at the end sounds different than a word with a E at the end. Again, it's YOUR language, man! You'd think they'd have figured it out by now. Watch this "I pulled MY pants over MY knees." You see, that wasn't so hard now was it?; That's proper English, demonstrated by a lowly American.
Georgia is actually a country near Russia that used to be a part of Soviet Russia during the Cold War.
