    Companies cannot go bankrupt in the UK, only individuals. But yeah superficially similar to Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the US from what I understand.

    The company that has gone into administration is Sports Network Ltd, which has basically not been trading for nearly a year, but was (apparantly) the losing party in the court case brought by Joe Calzaghe was ordered to pay him £2 million.

    The boxers currently promoted by Frank Warren have been promoted recently under the company 'Frank Warren Promotions'.
