Mundine was at a standstill until the fight with Geale was made

Sam Siliman...dont know what hes doing maybe injured

Danny Green.....hes rated number 4 in the world LHW so hes going places :hey

Dont know what Elomar is doing or how long it is until he fights again.

Rocky, Vic, Hoppa are all going well with good fights coming up.....like to see Wille, Jackson and Zappa fight again.

 

I would like to see Pitmann get some better fights under his belt before he steps up to another title shot 2010.

He should try guys like Hamden and Sam Sol...guys that will give him 10 busy rounds.

Other fighters I like are fighting a fair bit like Sherrington, Leapai, baby face, Junior and biffa baff....I would like to see what N briggs is looking at next.

Wills must be :huh after his loss a few weeks ago and I hope Gairy calles it a day

 

Zappa is fighting in about 4 weeks at Club Marconi.

I don't think anyone could be too sure that any of our guys (bar Darchinyan) would handle themselves well in a title fight, by well I mean hack it and have a good chance at winning.

Soliman, Bika, and Kat = No. The would entertain viewers, but they'd definitely be punching above their weight.

Bika has been in there with the champs, was probably unfortunate against Beyer, but was simply the poorer fighter when he was up against guys like Bute and Calzaghe. No shame in that, as they both have never been defeated before and both will no doubt remember their fights with Bika.

Kats a proven entertainer and aside from Darchinyan, he'd be the most likely to prove doubters wrong.
His career is definitely not at a stand still though, as there is still a lot of interest in him abroad. I just slightly doubt that he can triumph against the best around him.


Mundine, Green = Can't be certain, probably no.
Mundine's best shot at a legit belt would be against Sturm. I used to think that he'd be able to win this bout easily, now I'm not sure at all, and if I had to pick a winner, it'd probably be Sturm.
Yes, he'd be able to handle himself in this fight, but seeing how Sturm is probably the weakest of all champs from middle to super middle, it doesn't really give me much hope that Mundine would be able to go well against most of the others.

Green beat Stipe Drews easily yes, but Stipe was a very weak champion, and certainly the weakest at 175 at the time (most had him ranked around 9 in the division back then.
Guys like Dawson and Calzaghe would absolutely kill him, same as they would do to Mundine.

It's kind of irrelevant to elaborate on this one seeing as how both of these two have no plan whatsoever to gain any legitimate belts in boxing.
