Hopkins that fought Pavlik and Hopkins that fought Calzaghe were exactly the same. Just fighting a different class of opponent.

Adamek said he would have taken the offer if it had just been a straight offer of $500k. The problem was there were a bunch of conditions attached as well.

    Probably see the same here.

Hope this happens, love to see the old fox chalk up another victory over an undefeated champion.

Ur right mate and i love the guy but i reall cant see him even coming close to hurting bhop. He wouldnt land all night and if he got tired he wouldnt just stand there like a lemon like taylor, he would ruin, tie up, headbut. A tired bhop is still very ****ing dangerous.. I think frochy should take the fight and the cash at a catchweight so that he wouldnt lose his titles. Then fight some realistic opponents and chalk up some good defences. Plus a schooling from Bhop would teach him loads..

Froch to take it in later rounds as Hopkins would take first but got to slow down late on i mean how old is he?
Hopkins hope is to get him out of there early.
Bring it on City Ground next summer 35000 open air.

Hops would school him at a catchweight, but...can he even make 168?

    Lol!!

If Calzaghe turns up and fights the first 11 rounds leaving hopkins "gassed" then froch might get a flukey K.O...

Calzaghe made hopkin's perform badly by pressuring him...however sloppy it looked Hopkin's could not keep Calzaghe off...Froch hasn't got Calzaghe's workrate so it will be another Hopkin's Pavlik imo...I reckon Hopkin's will drop him as well...

Sorry Carl...can only see one winner here...although if he is serious about getting Calzaghe out of that "armchair" then he should take on Hopkin's as if he beats him it massively undermines Joe's "legacy."

Can't see a Froch win myself...

Hopkins schools him, I hope Froch proves me wrong again but I can't see it. Hopkins will probably come out unmarked again against an undefeated champion.

I knew this was it for Hopkins. The guy will definitely look to prove mind over matter again and, just like he wanted it, in the UK. Hopkins' plan should be to clean his way up to a major showdown with Joe when he decides it but as long as Calzaghe doesn't make it back to the game, the solution is to fight every young gun out there b'cause there's simply nobody left worth fighting. Forget about Tito, Adamek and RJJ, it's Joe, Chad or Carl Froch ( who beat JT), nothing else would make sense. But look out, look out, Carl Froch hits harder than all those forementioned guys - sometimes mind gives up to too much matter.

Absolutely worst style match up for Froch bar Calzaghe. Hopkins willschool him worse than Pavlik.
