    Just a thought here.

all of our attention has been shifted onto a showdown with Floyd vs Pac.

What happened to Floyd vs Mosley?

Me Personally would prefer to see a true welterweight fighting Floyd as I think that, that is the fighter who will pose the most problems for Floyd not Pacquiao or Marquez for that matter.

Pacquiao can beat guys who are not slick but he would go to hell and back with Mayweather.

Marquez was the guy who showed a blueprint on how to get to Pac. I didn't say beat I said to get to.

All by your logic the same can he said for Mosley, he's been outboxed 5 times, Forrest, Wright, and Cotto all outboxed him

So what makes me think Floyd won't either?

And thats all good but at least Floyd will be in there fighting a man who is physically equipped with the tools to actually cause some damage.

Pacquiao has got tools to cause damage but at 147 I cant see it being competitive. At 140,141,142 then yes possibly but I would still prefer to see Mosley vs Mayweather especially after how Mosley looked coming off a win over Margarito.

I know Mayweather is not Margarito but Mosley in my opinion has a better chance at causing damage than Pacquiao would especially at 147.

And for the record Cotto never outboxed Mosley, that fight could have gone either way in my opinion so in your own logic you thought Cotto outboxed Mosley and that goes to show that logic is subjective opinion not facts.

before Pac and De la hoya fought the idea of this fight was almost laughable but now there is a huge number of posts saying that he is the only relevant fight. to me he just wants the big money fight that is looming on the borders right now. but in all reality the only fight i really want to see is mayweather and cotto and mayweather and mosley.

He did outbox Mosely, beat him to the punch all night and Cotto's hands arent anywhere near as fast as Floyd's. Mosley even had trouble tracking down cotto when miguel went on the move later in the fight. Shane was running in to all kinds of silly shots.

well everybody figured pac had no chance against floyd. now that pac demolished hatton now everyone that hates floyd figured pac got a chance so now the why is he fighting smaller guys chants will fade and a bout with pacman will be hyped here. the mosley talk will come to a crawl. They dont wanna see the best fight lol they just wanna see him loose haha. But he wont.

And pacman came in over 147 against hatton so why not do the fight at 147? that just means more bang in pacman punches. Im sure floyds not worried

In my own logic? It's fact that Cotto won by a clear UD in a fight that was never paraded as a robbery, so I say I have more then enough ground to say that Cotto outboxed Shane, so if you think there's a blueprint on "how to get to Pac" then there's a step by step tutorial on "how to outbox mosley"

Don't get me wrong Shanes one of my fav. Fighters but, I think Pac has a better chance of beating Floyd at a catchweight then Shane does at 147, And if think Mosleys gonna win just cuzz he's physically stronger or bigger then u might wanna reconsider

Mosley isn't the draw Pac is and by this point you got to give Manny as good of a shot at Mayweather as Mosley does.

I think most people would rather see Pac vs Floyd because they are both still in their primes. Regardless of how good Mosley looked against Margarito, he isn't getting any younger...I think he's 36 now, right? Floyd is 32 and Pac is 30, and neither of them has lost in a LONG time. Mosley still has that recent loss with Cotto to avenge, and as I said his age is against him.

Don't get me wrong, I'd GLADLY watch a Floyd/Mosley fight, and it would be worth every dime that a Floyd/Pacman fight would, but I think you're seeing more of a desire for a showdown between Floyd and Pacquiao because of what's at stake.

Dunno about this. pac is made of piano wire. Hatton has an incredible jaw, but pac made him look glassy, which hatton most definitley is not. pac's got too much power for PBF.

PACMAN is a class act.. let's not forget that he really is a good fighter and now the best P4P fighter... given the chance to fight against PBF he will put up a better fight than RH Hitman... So i think it will be an exciting match... However, let's not throw speculations coz sometimes those who are boasting about their abilities are the losers in the end... Humility is a virtue...

Pacquiao is the bigger fight, Mosley fight can still get bigger if he becomes undisputed champ.
