Amir Khan v Ricky Hatton @ 140lb

Apparantly even an up and comer with a very dodgy chin can do what only Mayweather and Pac have done.

Khan is faster than Mayweather and Manny, Hatton cant handle speed.

If Khan's chin improves with higher weight and age and keeps improving under the great Roach, you are looking at future P4P NO.1, and i mean it.

 

Kahn's chin is horrible. MAB stunned him with the 2-3 powershots he landed. Every time he landed, Kahn seemed in trouble. I think Hatton would KO him.

 

Even the great Roach couldn't do that

 

Khan's still only 22 and could be a World Champion in his next fight, and moving to 140 could be a great move, his chin might hold up a bit better and add a bit more power in his shots + that speed could be deadly.

Only time will tell.

 

At this stage, I'd probably favour Khan. Hatton may well be finished, and Khan has always had better fundamentals.

Khan's speed may give Hatton problems early,
but Hatton would catch up to him and win by KO/TKO, Khan has a glass jaw. fact.

 

Agreed, but he doesn't have to be at that level - as if there is merely one level between getting beat by Hatton and getting decapitated like he did against Pac.

 

Hatton would destroy khan at this stage, khan is not in his prime yet.

Khan would be a good farewell match for Hatton.

No one in this ****in thread can tell me they would have imagined 6 months ago that people would seriously be discussing the possibility of Khan beating Hatton. And I mean really seriously coming up with decent arguments of how he would starch Hatton.
