yea, i downloaded it and used it. Its broken in to 12 dvds.
    1. How to bring it
    2. Chest and back
    3. Polymetrics
    4. Yoga
    5. Legs and back
    6. Kempo
    7. Stretching
    8. Core and Synergistics
    9. Chest and Shoulders
    10. Cardio
    11. Abs

Each dvd is 1 hour long, starting with a warm up, stretch, and than to the exercise. Each routine is then broken down in to 3 levels, high intensity, regular and beginner. There are a lot of good exercises and routines and some not so great. As for p90x for boxing? It is great condition and muscle building but the whole "muscle confusing" concept, (I believe) my be negative for a boxer. Basically, "muscle confusion" is where you constantly switch the exercise "confusing" your muscle groups so you burn more fat. However, I believe this will effect muscle memory for a boxer. But overall, if you take all the beneficial routines it will better you. Plus its always nice to have different ways to excercise.

    Hope this helped.

    Cheers

I've heard it helps with endurance for the muscle and just in general. U should make it clearer cuz I don't understand why it's bad for boxers? Muscle confusion muscle memory hahaha words...

Basically, muscle memory is repeated trained movements. Your body groups muscles cells for that performed motion. By constantly performing these motions, your body acts second nature, therefore automating those muscles. In other words, by constantly doing the same exercise your body performs better in that particular motion. Like a pitcher throwing pitches or a boxer throwing punches. Now with muscle confusion, you are constantly switching similar muscle groups to perform other motions. Now your body is getting use to different "useless" motions, creating less effective moves. But overall, it shouldn't be that bad. haha. it's a good work out.

Ur definitions make sense. But wit the whole muscle memory like u say, I think it just makes it more flexiable. U seem like u know wat u talkin about... Seemsss. I got p90x a couple days ago waitin till I get some resistance bands.
