My example is Judah, with that southpaw stance and handspeed he give ppl trouble he had enough power to keep fighters honest. Im a mayweather fan and i no once he worked judah out he won well but for them first say 5 rounds, Floyd seemed abit shaken, i dnt think ive seen anybody land as many on floyd as judah did at the start.
although im not to sure what your talking about with the judah thing...ill answer the question in the title... Morales De la hoya jones jr mayweather tyson are you talking about hyped jr's who became pro and actually stuck with being p4p?
Nah dude, i mean fighters that came through well and on there night are one of the best but for some reason or other couldnt put consistency into there performances.
LOADS of them, the hardest thing for a fighter to do is live up to his potential. Judahs a good one, a guy who never won the title but should have in Michael Brodie, Scott Harrison ****ed it up by being a consistant *****, Eamonn Magee had a host of problems like Judah and should have won a world title at least.
some think taylor couldve shouldve been a lot more...i love the kid and i think he was a few seconds away from a hof career...almost finished pav and almost closed out froch
Judah..always and Tarver...You guys ever watch when Tarver decides to throw punches instead of just waiting and waiting. He is actually quite impressive but he fights like a little girl most of the time
Top 2 that come to mind are Naseem Hamed and Mike Tyson. Both fighters with immense physical and natural talents who were champions but got bloated from their own success, and got lazy. One lost once and never returned (except that one meaningless comeback fight), the other had a longer and more public terminal decline.
