Wow, what a chess match. I'd go Floyd ever so slightly at 140, and a pick'em at 147.

In his heart, I think Floyd has a little bit more there than Wilfred, although I say that knowing it can't be proven. He just seems more able to rise to the occasion, doing whatever he has to do to win.

But this would be a damn close fight.

 

Benitez wins by UD or late tko ... Floyd at 147 does not throw combinations !!!! He threw no combos against Baldomir or DLH ! He threw combos against zab who is smaller than him !

Benitez at 5'10" and the naturally much larger man with the same set of skills would win the fight !

Floyd's style of 1 punch and out will not work against benitez !!!!!! Benitez was able to slip 10 punches in a row on the dam ROPES against TOMMY HEARNS !!!!

What makes anyone think that floyd will land a single punch on benitez ? If floyd wants to make this fight remotely close he will have to throw combos over and over and over !

Someone said floyd is the better counter puncher but I have to disagree benitez was one the greatest counter punchers of all time !

 

Benitez would own his ass easily, he has better defense and is an all around better counterpuncher and strategist. The higher the weight ,the easier it is for Benitez..........

 

Benitez easy UD. I really cant see Floyd winning this one.. He has no advantage
